Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent for their North American Sales and Go-To-Market teams. This six-month hybrid contract is based out of Salesforce hubs in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with three days on-site.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Compensation is $58.00/hr (W-2).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, agency and/or in-house.
• Sales, GTM, or commercial role focus.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at Salesforce hub (SF, NY, CHI, or Atlanta).
• Strong passive candidate sourcing and direct-sourcing from competitors.
• Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets; articulate Salesforce story to candidates.
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Partner with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Maintain pipeline velocity and execution precision in a high-volume environment.
• Track candidate progress and coordinate across Slack and GoodTime during the interview cycle using Workday and Fieldglass.
• Conversion to a full-time role is possible for the right candidate.
