Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Sales Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our fast-growing GTM organization. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and the ability to manage a high-volume recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

You will partner with Sales leadership and the Talent Attraction team to build pipelines, navigate ambiguity, and deliver candidates who can scale our revenue teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced Sales or GTM environments.
• In-Office availability: at least 3 days per week.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques to hire passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and enterprise value propositions.
• Strong communication to influence senior hiring managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Recruiting: source, recruit, and hire sales professionals for GTM teams.
• Navigate Ambiguity: turn abstract hiring needs into structured pipelines.
• Strategic Sourcing Partnership: collaborate with Talent Attraction to match candidates to openings.
• Leadership Partnership: partner with Sales leadership to advise on talent before, during, and after hiring.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate with Finance, Legal, and others to finalize offers and onboarding.
