You will lead regional talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews, while ensuring excellence in staff recruitment, training, and coaching.

Responsibilities include handling customer concerns, communicating key issues, and building strong partnerships with suppliers and retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 13+ years of related experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion cultural and operational change across the sales org.
• Drive regional talent development and succession planning.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Communicate company and department-related issues as required.
• Lead staff: interview, recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
