Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop the sales team in the Fort Worth, TX area. You will drive sales performance, optimize displays and pricing, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with company goals in a defined territory.

The role involves collaborating with account managers to set objectives, monitor progress via KPIs, and take on additional projects as needed. A strong leadership mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience or high school with 7–9+ years plus leadership experience
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintaining acceptable driving record and insurance as required by the company and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs, and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
