Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a senior leader to drive cultural and operational change within the sales organization in Houston, TX. You will lead talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews while ensuring timely handling of customer concerns and clear internal communication.

The role requires extensive leadership experience and a track record of building strong supplier/retailer relationships, with broader responsibilities across projects as assigned.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years related experience and 6+ years leadership experience; or GED with 13+ years specific experience and 8+ years leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization to position the company for growth and innovation.
• Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Communicate all company and department-related issues as required.
• Lead staff to interview, recruit, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and discipline as needed.
• Manage and build strong relationships with key suppliers and retailers.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years related experience and 6+ years leadership experience

High School Diploma/GED with 13+ years specific experience and 8+ years leadership experience

Master’s Degree (preferred)
