Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a Sales Leadership professional to guide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of assigned sales personnel within the region. You will drive goals for sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing, and foster cross-functional collaboration to support sales efforts and align with company targets.

You will assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives and tracking performance through KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
