Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a senior leader to drive cultural and operational change across the sales organization in the United States. The role focuses on strategic coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning to position the company for growth and innovation.

You will lead recruiting, hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and retailers. A Bachelor’s degree with extensive leadership experience is required; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience and 6+ years leadership
• GED/High School Diploma with 13+ years specific experience and 8+ years leadership
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization to enable growth and innovation.
• Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and courteously.
• Communicate all company and department-related issues as required.
• Lead staff: interview, recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote, and discipline when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and retailers.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
