Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Houston is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive cultural and operational change, positioning the company for growth and innovation. You will lead regional talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews, while ensuring excellence in staff recruitment, training, and coaching.

Responsibilities include handling customer concerns, communicating key issues, and building strong partnerships with suppliers and retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 13+ years of related experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

• Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation
• Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Communicate all company and department-related issues as required
• Lead assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline
• Manage and build strong relationships with key suppliers and retailers
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
