Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a sales leadership professional in New Orleans to guide day-to-day activities of the assigned sales team, develop personnel, and drive achievement of sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership
• HS diploma with 7–9+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record and insurance as required by law
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales and align with company goals in the territory
• Assist sales account managers with account objectives, follow-up, and KPI tracking
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Educación

Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
