Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Bloomington is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for Mall of America. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach Sales Ambassadors, and drive sales while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include demonstrations, brand education on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, and 100% Vegetarian practices. You will mentor staff, manage cash handling, and ensure a vibrant, compliant boutique atmosphere.

Qualifications

1+ year in customer service and sales.
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback and training.
Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical beauty.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive sales using coaching and store analytics, adjust floor layout to hit goals.
Lead and inspire Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor to meet targets.
Deliver world-class customer experiences with product demos.
Educate customers on brand values, ethics, and product benefits.
Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
