Responsibilities include demonstrations, brand education on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, and 100% Vegetarian practices. You will mentor staff, manage cash handling, and ensure a vibrant, compliant boutique atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical beauty.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using coaching and store analytics, adjust floor layout to hit goals.
• Lead and inspire Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor to meet targets.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences with product demos.
• Educate customers on brand values, ethics, and product benefits.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Train peers, gather feedback, and help develop the team.
