Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is hiring a Part Time Floor Leader in Bloomington, MN. You’ll lead a team on the shop floor, coach sales ambassadors, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance.

Responsibilities include coaching via StoreForce data, visual merchandising, brand education on cruelty-free values, and ensuring a positive, productive work environment. This role emphasizes leadership, DEIB, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to analyze store operations and sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and open/close duties; coach and lead store floor team.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor and through product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical products and packaging.
• Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and develop skills.
• Foster DEIB culture and encourage open communication among team members.
