Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and educating customers on our ethical skincare principles.

You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach ambassadors, and uphold standards for opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising. This position is part-time with 20–29 hours weekly.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsabilidades

• Driving Sales: Coach the sales team using StoreForce data and adjust shop floor structure to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and via community events.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers; foster growth and feedback.
• DEIB: Encourage open communication and promote belonging among team members.
• Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash, deposits, and daily security.
• Time and Attendance: Lead punctuality and monitor breaks for wellbeing.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, attractive store and displays.
• Stock and Inventory: Train team on inventory best practices and real-time displays.
• Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with opening/closing standards and safety.
