Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Oak Park is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, opening/closing, and training. You will drive results on the shop floor and nurture an exceptional customer experience with a motivated team and strong store operations.

You will coach Sales Ambassadors, educate customers on our brand values, and uphold service standards, product knowledge, visuals, and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Driving Sales: use dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor to meet/exceed goals.
Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demos, and exceed daily sales targets.
Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and the brand story.
Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
