Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store metrics and feedback.
• Lead on customer experience with product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Develop and train Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and knowledge.
• Ensure store operations, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures are followed.
