Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Development: Train and coach ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open dialogue and belonging among staff.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, opening/closing, visuals, inventory, and compliance.
