Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in the United States. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coaching to exceed sales goals while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You’ll educate customers on our ethical values and skincare products, while modeling exceptional service and teamwork. You will manage cash handling, store opening/closing, and inventory tasks, ensuring visuals and merchandising stay compelling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Fast-paced team environment with skincare knowledge is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using coaching and adjustments to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices.
• Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support DEIB: promote open communication and belonging.
• Handle cash, open/close procedures, and secure daily deposits.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising, and inventory practices.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety.
