Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create outstanding customer experiences across all U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead on the sales floor, participate in front-of-house operations, and support the team in achieving goals while embodying Warby Parker's brand and values. The role requires retail experience with a management stint, strong communication and service skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company and at least 6+ months in a management role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Calm under pressure with adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn; strong team player.
• Innovative problem-solver with positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is absent.
• Open and close the store and contribute to process improvements.
• Share Warby Parker's story and brand philosophy with customers.
