Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences in our stores across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead selling on the floor, manage front-of-house operations, and guide the team in the absence of a manager.

You will promote Warby Parker’s values, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to store improvements. A background in retail leadership with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset is ideal.

Qualificações

• 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset
• Team player with passion for helping customers and teammates
• Not on LEIE list of excluded individuals/entities

Responsabilidades

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
• Share Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy with customers
• Contribute to process ideation and improvement and participate in special projects
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest styling advice
