Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead floor sales, contribute to front-of-house operations, and participate in special projects while sharing Warby Parker’s story and vision with every guest. Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in retail management, superb interpersonal skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position within a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Share Warby Parker story and product knowledge with customers.
