Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create amazing customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. You will lead on the floor, support front-of-house operations, share Warby Parker's story, and contribute to process improvements with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

You bring 6+ months in a management role and strong interpersonal skills to deliver top-notch service. This is a full-time position with a dynamic, fast-paced team.

• Professional retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
