Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across its stores in the U.S. and Canada. You will lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and participate in special projects while sharing Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.

The role requires 6+ months in a management position, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset to drive a collaborative and energetic store environment.
