Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates, deliver quality customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store. You will coach staff, delegate tasks, monitor daily operations, and ensure department coverage while greeting customers and identifying solutions.

You will coordinate down stocking, input merchandising decisions, supervise safety walks, and support store leadership as MOD when needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience or 5 years in a retail environment.
• Experience supervising or directing teams, with or without direct reports.
• Comfort with training and mentoring associates and working cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Coach, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks; ensure adequate department coverage.
• Greet customers, clarify needs, identify solutions, and close sales.
• Oversee down stocking, inventory, area recovery, and store safety duties.
• Occasionally open/close the store or act as manager-on-duty (MOD).
