Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising customer interactions, inventory management, safety walks, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of retail experience (or 5 years total).
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery and input into merchandising decisions.
• Coach on safety, lifting techniques, and proper use of store equipment.
• Oversee customer-facing and non-customer-facing tasks to ensure store objectives are met.
• Supervise associates across departments as needed to maintain coverage and performance.
