Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team in delivering an exceptional customer experience in store. You will coach associates, delegate tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure department coverage while supporting safety and merchandising goals.

The role involves customer-facing work, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional MOD duties. Strong leadership and product knowledge are essential to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver best customer experience.
• Assist with down stocking, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
• Ensure store safety, equipment use, and lifting directions.
