Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced home improvement store. You will coach, train, delegate, monitor performance, and ensure department coverage while upholding safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, down stocking, inventory, area recovery, and aligning merchandising with store goals. Occasional MOD shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years retail experience or 5+ years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional work.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

• Provide resources and tools to support those assisting customers.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery and merchandising decisions.
• Monitor use of store power equipment and coach safe lifting techniques.
• Lead and enable a team to deliver excellent customer service and sales.
• Supervise associates in other departments as needed to meet store demands.
