Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor in Raynham, MA to lead a team delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach associates, delegate tasks, manage performance, and ensure department coverage while handling both customer-facing and back-end duties.

The role emphasizes safety, merchandising input, and collaboration with store leadership to meet sales objectives, with occasional MOD shifts and limited travel to nearby stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years in retail OR 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Dept Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and monitor daily work.
• Greet customers, identify solutions, close sales, and ensure department coverage.
• Oversee down stocking, inventory, area recovery, and store safety.
• Communicate best practices to drive customer-focused behavior and sales goals.
