Lowe's, a Fortune 100 home improvement retailer, seeks a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a customer-focused team in a busy store. You will coach, train, delegate, and monitor daily tasks, ensuring high standards of service, accuracy, and safety across all departments.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, suggesting solutions, performing area recovery, and maintaining store safety. Occasional MOD duties and limited travel may be required, with varied shifts including mornings,

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience supporting the unique needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience in the store.
• Coach and train associates, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks.
• Manage performance and ensure adequate department coverage; customer-facing and non-customer-facing duties.
• Oversee store safety, safety walks, hazard reporting, and lifting directions.
• Communicate best practices to the team to drive sales and service goals.
• Occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD).
• Travel may be required for meetings/trainings or supporting neighboring stores.
