Job summary

Lowe's in Kingston, MA seeks a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach associates, ensure coverage, and support daily tasks including merchandising and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent with retail experience.
• Experience training and mentoring associates and leading teams.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver a premier customer experience.
• Coach and train staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily duties to ensure department coverage.
• Oversee customer-facing activities (greeting, needs clarification, solutions) and store safety.
• Support merchandising decisions and down stocking; ensure safety protocols are followed.
