Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates, deliver quality customer service, and maintain a safe, well-stocked store environment. The role includes coaching, supervision, and ensuring department coverage while handling both customer-facing and back-of-house tasks.

The position emphasizes coaching, delegation, performance management, and adherence to safety practices, with occasional MOD responsibilities and rare travel for meetings or trainings.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience; or 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Provide resources and tools to support those helping customers.
• Oversee down stocking, area recovery, and input into merchandising decisions.
• Monitor use of store equipment and coach safe lifting practices.
• Open/close the store or serve as MOD when needed.
• Travel occasionally for meetings or trainings; no regular travel.
