Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a results-driven sales professional in New Castle, DE to grow our client base through cold outreach and thorough prospecting. You will identify opportunities, listen to client needs, and secure meetings with decision makers.

This on-site role offers a base salary plus uncapped earning potential, with ongoing training and Summer half-day Fridays every other week. Travel to client sites is required as you expand our regional footprint.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Listening to the client’s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective clients
• Traveling to new client’s and prospect’s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects
