Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Pittsburgh is seeking a driven sales-oriented professional to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and close meetings. You will travel to client sites and tailor staffing solutions to meet needs.

The role emphasizes a base salary with uncapped earning potential, performance-based incentives, ongoing training, and seasonal perks, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects.

• Handle objections and work to convert prospects into clients.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Listening to the client’s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective clients
• Traveling to new client’s and prospect’s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects
