Cribl is a B2B SAAS data observability company seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive success of the Storage & Analysis product portfolio. You will partner with Sales, develop demos, deliver technical presentations, and run Proof of Value events for customers.

This remote-first role requires 5+ years in logs/observability or related fields, travel up to 30%, and residence in the Eastern/Central Time Zones. Base salary is $130,000–$190,000 USD with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with logs, metrics, observability, IT ops, or security solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Background in selling to both new and existing customers (land & expand).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products during the sales process.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
