Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Sales Engineer located in Central US to be the technical linchpin of our sales process, blending deep product knowledge with strategic sales acumen. You will help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Doppel.

Work closely with Account Executives to uncover pain points, design tailored solutions, and translate complex tech into clear business value from discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication translating technical language into business value.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, proofs of concept, and post-sale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to strategize deals, deliver technical presentations, and answer questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead Technical Discovery to understand environments and design Doppel solutions.
• Design and demonstrate solutions through product demos and proofs of concept.
• Own the technical components of RFPs/RFIs with accurate, timely responses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
