Doppel is seeking a Strategic Sales Engineer located in the Western US to be the technical anchor of the sales cycle, translating complex technology into business value for customers. You will work with Account Executives to tailor solutions, perform demos, and drive successful deployments.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with Doppel’s roadmap and stay ahead of market trends in a rapidly growing security platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical language into business impact.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating customer workflows and ROI-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, proofs of concept, and post-sale implementation support.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales: collaborate with Account Executives to strategize deals and deliver technical presentations.
• Lead Technical Discovery: understand customer environments and propose Doppel solutions with measurable value.
• Design and Demonstrate Solutions: conduct product demos and proofs of concept aligning tech to business outcomes.
• Manage RFPs/RFIs: own technical components of proposals and responses.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to feed feedback and influence roadmap.
• Support Implementations: ensure technical success criteria are defined pre-sale and handed off post-sale.
• Track Market Trends: stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
