Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in NYC to be the technical backbone of the sales process, blending product expertise with strategic sales acumen to help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Doppel.

You will partner with Account Executives to uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and translate technical concepts into business value. From discovery and demos to proposals and post-sale handoffs, you will drive trust, clarity, and impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering in SaaS/cybersecurity.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to strategize deals, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations.
Lead technical discovery to map customer environments to Doppel solutions.
Design and demo solutions with compelling proofs of concept.
Own RFPs/RFIs and ensure accurate, timely responses.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to reflect feedback.
Support implementations and ensure smooth pre-sale to post-sale handoffs.
Monitor market trends to strengthen Doppel's positioning.
