Job summary

Murata is seeking a Sales Operations Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs for Customer Service and Sales teams. The role ensures consistent understanding of processes, tools, and capabilities through structured learning experiences and post-training adoption. Hybrid from multiple U.S.

locations, supporting global enablement initiatives. The position requires 7–10 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Canva and content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field (7–10 years combined experience).
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Canva and content authoring software (EasyGenerator, Articulate, Captivate).
• Knowledge of sales and customer service workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training cadences for Customer Service and Sales teams.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand sessions for broad accessibility.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to align with workflows and priorities.
• Provide ongoing Q&A support and post-training reinforcement to ensure adoption.
• Deliver advanced training for Sales to deepen understanding of processes and tools.
• Design, maintain, and update training content and materials.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to drive continuous improvement.
