Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Sales Trainer in a hybrid role based in Chicago to own the training roadmap and deliver live facilitation for onboarding, launches, and advanced selling programs.

You will co-design content with the Learning Experience Designer and coach frontline leaders while partnering with sales operations to translate needs into prioritized training. Expect measurable behavior change and ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales training or quota-carrying sales role.
• Demonstrable facilitation craft in live training.
• Deep experience training on structured sales methodology.
• Experience designing deliberate practice (role plays, simulations).
• Experience owning a training roadmap end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live training to onboard new hires and tenured reps, including product launches and sales methodology.
• Design and run deliberate practice with real-time feedback.
• Own the annual training roadmap and align programs with priorities and sales cycles.
• Co-design programs with the Learning Experience Designer and field observations.
• Deliver manager enablement to coach frontline leaders.
• Partner with sales operations to translate segment needs into priorities.
• Measure training effectiveness by behavior change and adjust roadmap accordingly.
