Job summary

Murata Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Customer Service and Sales teams. You will create structured learning experiences, support post-training adoption, and align content with current workflows and tools.

Hybrid from Atlanta, Irvine, or Carrollton with a focus on onboarding and advanced sales training. Content design using Canva, EasyGenerator, Articulate, and Captivate will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, education or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Canva, EasyGenerator, Articulate, Captivate for content creation.
• Strong knowledge of sales and customer service workflows, tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training sessions.
• Develop structured onboarding training for Customer Service teams.
• Align training with current workflows, tools and business priorities.
• Provide ongoing Q&A support to reinforce learning and adoption of new processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Lead office hours and knowledge forums to address real-time challenges.
