Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support our sales organization with onboarding, ongoing training, and best-practice sharing to maximize our outside sales team's success.

The role builds learning paths, collaborates with sales leaders, and designs metrics to measure program effectiveness. Travel to branch locations and the Birmingham Training center is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is typically required.
• Five or more years of related experience in sales enablement or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales audiences.
• Plans and participates in new hire training, sales training, and tools training.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact.
• Uses data to identify priorities and gaps and develops end-to-end enablement solutions.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Delivers training at branch locations and Birmingham Training center.
