Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with onboarding, ongoing training, best practices, and sales support to maximize the success of the outside sales team.

Responsibilities include building learning paths, collaborating with sales leaders, designing metrics, using data to close gaps, and traveling to branches to deliver training, including the Birmingham Training & Development center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in sales training or enablement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and ongoing training paths for field sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align programs with priorities.
• Design metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Use data to identify gaps and create end-to-end enablement solutions.
• Develop enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Identify repeatable methodologies for rapid cross-branch dissemination.
• Ensure sales readiness across the organization.
• Travel to branches to deliver training and support Birmingham center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
