Job summary

Motion is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support our sales teams with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. You will design curricula across field sales, collaborate with leadership, and develop tools to accelerate revenue.

The role requires travel to branch locations and active involvement at our Birmingham Training & Development center, ensuring readiness and continuous improvement for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales audiences, collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Plans and participates in onboarding, sales training, capabilities, skills, and tools training.
• Designs and implements metrics to measure enablement programs, effectiveness, and impact.
• Uses data to identify priorities and gaps and assists in end-to-end enablement solutions beyond training.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Identifies repeatable methodologies for rapid dissemination across the field.
• Ensures skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver training and support Birmingham Training & Development center.
