Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support onboarding, ongoing sales training, and best-practice sharing to maximize the outside sales team’s success.

The role builds learning paths, collaborates with sales leaders to align programs, and designs metrics to measure impact. It also develops enablement tools and travels to branch locations to deliver training sessions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and five or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales audiences.
• Plans and participates in new hire training, onboarding, and sales capabilities training.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement programs, effectiveness and impact.
• Develops enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver training and support onboarding at Birmingham Training & Development center.
