Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with onboarding and ongoing training. You will design learning paths, work with sales leaders to set priorities, and develop tools to drive revenue performance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 5+ years of related experience, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. Expect travel to branch locations and the Birmingham Training & Development center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; 5+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to align programs with priorities and opportunities.
• Plans and delivers new hire training, onboarding, and sales capabilities training.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact.
• Develops enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver training and support the Birmingham center.
