Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Sales Enablement professional in the United States to drive onboarding readiness, certify learners, and partner with stakeholders to align enablement with business goals.

Responsibilities include designing scalable training materials, leading post-training mentorship, and measuring impact through performance data and certifications. You will manage program-specific onboarding, coaching, and content creation to support ongoing skill growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.
• Experience with content creation and sales processes.
• Prior experience in client-embedded or program-specific training.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding and certification.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion.
• Build partnerships with program managers, team leads, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Lead mentorship post-training through structured application, shadowing, and feedback.
• Design, build, evolve learning materials including facilitator guides and resources.
• Measure training impact via learner data, certification outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps and growth.
• Identify learning opportunities from feedback and performance data, then implement improvements.
• Lead onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff to completion.
• Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding for new hires.
• Facilitate training across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay, and readiness.
