Motion is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support our sales organization with initial onboarding, continuous training, and best-practice sharing. You will collaborate with sales leaders to align programs with business priorities and develop tools to accelerate revenue growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven enablement, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering engaging training at multiple branch locations, including the Birmingham center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Develops learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales.
• Plans and participates in new-hire training and sales training activities.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness.
• Uses data to identify priorities and gaps for end-to-end enablement solutions.
• Develops sales enablement tools to support revenue generation.
