Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with initial onboarding and ongoing training. You will collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and align programs with local priorities, delivering training that improves readiness and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with five+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience building learning paths for onboarding and ongoing sales training.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales.
• Plans and participates in key training activities including new hire training and sales capabilities.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact.
• Uses data to identify gaps and create end-to-end enablement solutions beyond training.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Travels to assigned branches to deliver training sessions and support Birmingham center onboarding.
