Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes across the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change management plans, enable seller readiness, and partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify the seller experience.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Comfort presenting to large groups and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management activities for VS&A sales tool rollouts.
• Develop and execute training plans, materials, and communications.
• Lead seller readiness and adoption efforts with Sales Operations.
• Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional discussions to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
