Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes for the VS&A Sales Organization. The role coordinates change management, communications, and training to simplify the seller experience and boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and ~2+ years in sales, marketing, or operations, with strong presentation and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• ~2+ years in a sales, sales support, sales/business operations, marketing, communications, or related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management; able to manage multiple projects.
• Confident in presenting to and facilitating training sessions for large groups and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Sales Enablement point of contact for VS&A sales tool rollouts, Salesforce enhancements, and process changes; develop and execute change plans with Stakeholders.
• Lead the coordination of VS&A Sales Enablement communications, including tool announcements, Salesforce updates, newsletters, and ongoing program messaging.
• Coordinate training activities for new VS&A sales tools and enablement initiatives; handle scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up communications.
• Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional VS&A discussions; align priorities with Sales Operations and business leaders to improve seller experience and productivity.
