Motorola Solutions is hiring a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and enablement initiatives within the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change management plans, communications, and training, ensuring sellers are informed, equipped, and supported through new tools and process enhancements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years in sales, sales support, sales operations, marketing, communications, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time management.
• Confident in presenting and facilitating training for large groups.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success.

Responsabilidades

• Change management & Sales Tool Enablement leadership for VS&A tool rollouts and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement across channels to inform about changes.
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions, materials, and follow‑ups for new tools and processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve seller experience and drive productivity.
