Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and enablement initiatives across the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change management plans, communications, and training to ensure sellers are informed and equipped through new tools and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years in sales, sales support, or related roles.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management activities for VS&A sales tools and processes.
• Develop and execute communications for VS&A Enablement programs.
• Coordinate training for new VS&A tools and enhancements, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional VS&A discussions and align priorities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify seller workflows and improve productivity.
